Paid internship on live client accounts
Growth marketing is the half of this program for people who will be judged on a number. Reach, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, return on ad spend. You pick this track at week five, after four weeks that cover how marketing works from first principles rather than which button to press.
The four weeks that follow are run on the agency's own playbook. Social Sculpt runs distribution, paid media and analytics for the client brands on the homepage, and the frameworks taught here are the ones used on those accounts. You work them on live briefs, and the work comes back with notes on what would ship and what would get sent back.
There is no video library. Each of the four weeks ends with something built: a distribution system, a search plan, a campaign, a funnel read. Those four sit alongside the four from the fundamentals half, and the eight together are the portfolio you leave with.
Build a distribution system that compounds instead of a posting calendar that resets every Monday. Platform algorithms, the engagement signals that decide reach, and how to structure a week of output so the system runs without you sitting on top of it.
How people find things now, across Google and the answer engines. Keyword and intent research, on page structure, and what makes a page quotable by an LLM rather than only crawlable by a bot. Worked in Semrush and Ahrefs, on a real site.
Campaign structure, audience and creative testing, budget pacing, and reading a report without being sold a story by it. You run a campaign against a return target and defend the decisions you made in the review.
Take the funnel apart end to end and find where the money leaks. Google Analytics and Tag Manager set up properly, conversion tracking that reports the thing you actually care about, and the sentence that says what to change next.
People heading into a marketing role who need work and numbers to show at the interview, and freelancers who need proof beyond a follower count. If you would rather build your own audience than move a client's numbers, the personal branding track is the other half of week five.
The other half of week five
Personal Branding
Four constraints, and all four are the reason the program works.
One cohort at a time
There is no rolling intake and no on-demand version. The next batch is the next chance.
Seats capped per batch
Every student's work comes back with individual notes, which stops being possible past a certain size.
Applications close when it fills
The form comes down for that cohort once the seats are taken, and reopens for the following one.
The internship is competitive
It goes to the strongest work in the batch. Finishing the eight weeks does not earn it on its own.
One cohort at a time. Seats are capped.
Every student gets their work reviewed individually, which only works with a small batch. When it fills, it closes.
The rest of the questions are answered on the main program page.
No. It is weeks five to eight of the eight week Social Sculpt Academy program in Chennai. Everyone does the same four weeks of fundamentals first, then splits into growth marketing or personal branding. You choose at week five, so you decide after seeing the material rather than at the point of enrolment.
No. Paid media is taught from campaign structure up, and the first four weeks build the buyer thinking that decides what a campaign should even say. Coming in with account access to something real helps, because you can run the week seven work on it, but it is not required.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search and Trends, Semrush and Ahrefs for search, and ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and NotebookLM inside the research and production passes. Tool access is worked out with the batch before it starts.
